Listen To Classical Music Before Bed


Classical music isn’t just a random fad. Studies show that it’s the best musical choice for those of us who are restless and struggle to sleep.

Obviously, a high-power composition with plenty of cymbals isn’t going to be conducive for sleep. Something with soothing strings and sitting at around 60 beats per minute will lull you off nicely.

If that doesn’t work so well for you, check out a song called Weightless, produced by The British Academy of Sound Therapy and the Marconi Union.

According to scientific theory, it’s the most relaxing song ever!
