Inclusive Outdoors Project hosts events that are affinity spaces for folks with various and intersecting identities who are interested in outdoor recreation. These multi-day events bridge the gap between affinity spaces through community education and connect participants with outdoor based organizations. Inclusive Outdoors Project partners with guiding companies, climbing festivals, ski clinics, and outdoor recreation based organizations to cultivate affinity spaces in events that already exist, and foster relationships to create new events that promote inclusivity in the outdoors. We work with Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC), Adaptive, and Queer affinity spaces to make sure we follow through on our mission.

Inclusive Outdoors Project is hosting two Intro to Climbing Clinics for BIPOC, LBGT+, and Adaptive communities in 2021. Scholarships are available for all clinics. Dates and participant information will be released during summer 2021.
