This caprese panini is filled with gooey melted mozzarella, fresh tomato, basil and balsamic glaze between two perfectly crisp pieces of bread. Not only is this recipe to die for, it is also protein-packed, vegetarian, and easy to make!

2 slices of EMGF Protein Bread
2oz of mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato slice
6 basil leaves
Balsamic glaze
Salt to taste

Top one slice of bread with mozzarella, tomato slice, basil and drizzle balsamic glaze, adding salt as you desire
Top with the other slice and place in a preheated panini press
Cook for about 5 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted
Serve warm and enjoy!
