September 3rd through 4th; 10am - 4pm
at SMP Mission Bay
In conjunction with this event, Mission Bay will have a Pop-up Kimberbell Sale both days! This sale is open for all customers, not just those participating in the 2-day event.
Join us in our San Diego, Mission Bay store over the Labor Day weekend for this fun, educational event. You will stitch out 5 exclusive event projects to get your Halloween decorating started.
Looking to raise your “spirits?” Treat yourself to Home Sweet Haunted Home! At Kimberbell’s two-day machine embroidery event, you’ll create five bewitching projects with other stitching enthusiasts. First, stop for a spell at the Dead & Breakfast Tea Towel, then make a Haunted Home 3D House with Kimberbell Shape Form and bedazzling Fairy Lights. Perfectly Quilted Pumpkins are made and quilted in-the-hoop with soft Velveteen, our Flyaway Bats Throw Pillow is boo-tique chic, and Lace Bats are eerily elegant! All event projects are made in 5×7 and 6×10 hoops, with additional sizes also available. From pumpkins and spiderwebs to bats and more, there’s no place like Home Sweet Haunted Home.
We will provide the machines, thread and stabilizer, and a pressing stations. We will provide lunch each day. Let us know if you have any dietary needs. You will receive your kit the day of the event with everything you need to stitch out all the projects.
