4XÂ 2018 Yali Wetland Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva
 - If you’re new to wine, you may not yet know that Chile is one the largest producers of Cabernet Sauvignon in the world. True! So if you’re a fan of this grape and you love the ones from California, you’re going to want to try this expressive, berry-rich yet totally earthy 85% Cab - 15% Syrah mix. The cool thing about Cab is it expresses itself differently from region to region, so when you get a bottle from Yali in the Maipo Valley, you’re going to feel the weight of the Andes Mountains and possibly a few huaso (Chilean cowboys) in every sip.
Pro tip:  This Cab hailing from Chile is a match with a burger with a little spice like this Pimento Stuffed Cheese Burger! Â
4XÂ 2019 Italia Foto Wine Co. Sangiovese
 - Thick-skinned but delicate, wild at heart but sensible, confident but needs reassurance from time to time, contradictions are her signature style. She’s comfortable being the star of her own movie and willing to let you come along for the ride — if you can keep up. You have to admire Sangiovese. It asks for the best of what vintners and nature can give — and that’s why it’s the grape at the heart of Italy.
Pro tip:  Stilton Sirloin Burgers with Onion Jam are the jam with this Tuscan gem. Â
4X 2020 Cellier des Chartreux "Le Grand Prébos" Cabernet Sauvignon
 - This is one of those, “Wait, how much is this bottle?” wines we love here at WA. For the price, you really don’t get much better than this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sired by Cellier des Chartreux, a French wine cooperative near Avignon (which on your French tour with the 'rentals, they made you travel to because they wanted to see the castles). You're going to love a glass of this intense but elegant Cab when you come home from work while you roast up a chicken, and then another glass while you are eating said chicken.
Pro tip:  A classic french wine deserves a more upscale burger like these Juicy Steakhouse Burgers.
