WARNING SIGNS OF SLEEP APNEA
Many people who suffer from sleep apnea don’t even know they have this condition, oftentimes only made aware by a bed partner who notices them struggling for breath during sleep. To see if your snoring may actually be sleep apnea, see if you match any of the following symptoms:
● Excessively tired during the day
● Moodiness or Irritability
● Difficulty concentrating
● Dry/sore throat in morning
● Headaches upon awakening
● Gasping sensation in the night

There are many treatments for sleep apnea, but you have to start with diagnosis. If you suspect you have sleep apnea, see your doctor about what can be done. If left untreated, sleep apnea can be a dangerous condition.
