A simple smoothie, packed with antioxidant-rich ingredients is the best way to start your day! 

Ingredients: 
  • -Banana

  • -Frozen raspberries
    34 cups
  • -Raspberries
    34 cup
  • -Dates
    12
  • -Cashews
    14 cup + 1 tbsp
  • -Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
    14 cups 
  • -22 Days Protein Powder 
    1 scoop
Directions:
  1. The night before, peel the banana and place it in the freezer.

  2. On the morning of, blend the frozen raspberries, banana, date (remove the pit!), cashews, 22 Days protein powder, and non-dairy milk. Add extra milk or water, if you prefer a softer smoothie.
  3. You can lightly rinse the raspberries if you wish.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a cup and stir in the fresh raspberries and enjoy!
