Wookey Hole Caves |
A multi-award-winning caving experience, Wookey Hole Caves are are a series of limestone caverns and a show cave near the village of Wookey Hole. The River Axe flows through it, and it's a Site of Special Scientific Interest for both biological and geological reasons. You can learn about their history and legendary witch, while adventure seekers can learn to climb, crawl and take on the confined caves. |

Wells Cathedral |
This magnificent cathedral is a joy to behold. With 850 years of history to its name, the gothic architecture, mediaeval carvings, and 14th century arches never fail to inspire. It's open every day and welcomes visitors - see if you can spot the winged Seraphim while you're there! |

Brean Beach |
A seven-mile stretch of sand and dunes, Brean Beach is just over two miles down the coast from Weston-super-Mare and has one of the longest stretches of sand in Europe. It welcomes walkers, dogs and water sports enthusiasts, as well as those who simply love a day with a bucket and spade. |
