They quickly helped, covered, and re-shipped any order that had issues during the shipping process, mainly due to weather-induced shipping delays and lost packages. They did a fantastic job and proven they can support our amazing customers during any potential issues with shipping frozen meats across the country!

We now let you choose if you want to keep or opt-out of the protection coverage, as a small fee is automatically added to your order during the checkout process.
If you choose to keep coverage, Route will protect your order from door to door and ensures we can always offer sustainable, delicious proteins at a price that works for all our ranchers, producers, and partners. Should you decide to opt-out of that protection coverage and happen to experience any shipping issues – we will still work to make it right with you the best we can.
