COFFEE DRY RUB
This rub mixes 9 amazing spices and seasonings to give you a fantastic coffee dry rub. It's the ideal seasoning blend to compliment the rich smokiness brisket and/or steak. There is no sugar in the rub, so you donβt run the risk of burning or over-caramelization.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons Maudβs instant dark roast coffee
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed coriander
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use a fork to crush any clumps of seasonings. Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
COFFEE BBQ SAUCE
This coffee BBQ sauce is the perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and bold. Itβs particularly delicious on beef, but it will bring a rich and flavorful punch to any and all of your smoked and grilled meats.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons Maudβs instant dark roast coffee
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk to combine. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Transfer to a lidded jar and chill in the refrigerator. I recommend letting the sauce sit in the fridge overnight before using to really marry the flavors together.
BROWN SUGAR COFFEE BAKED BEANS
THE perfect side dish. Brown sugar and coffee give these baked beans a great balance of flavor with the sweetness of the sugar and the strong, bold taste of the coffee.

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Add the pork and beans, bacon, onions, bbq sauce, brown sugar, coffee & pepper to an oven-safe bowl or dish.
- Place in oven 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
