PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW COFFEE COCKTAIL
We love fall flavors, and this drink fits the bill! This pumpkin cocktail is made with smooth cold brew and a sweetened pumpkin spice puree.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups Maud's Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 shot Bourbon
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pumpkin Cream:
- Combine heavy cream, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice over medium heat in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, take off heat.
- Strain through fine mesh sieve to get out all the spices and any pumpkin chunks.
- Chill.
Pumpkin Cold Brew:
- Pour cold brew coffee into glass with ice. Add in bourbon and pumpkin liqueur.
- Top with pumpkin cream and more pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
SPIKED PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE COCKTAIL
A mix of coffee liqueur and pumpkin spice flavors with a bit of vodka for good measure. Thatβs the perfect Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail!
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces brewed Maud's Pumpkin Spice Coffee
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1/2 ounce cinnamon whiskey
- 1/2 β 1 ounce creamer
- whipped cream, caramel, cinnamon for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add coffee, liquor, and creamer to a mug. Top with whipped cream, caramel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
