The swap window is open! You have until September 28th to change the vibe for your October 2022 crate. 

While our programmers continue their work to fix the swap function in accounts, our Customer Service team is on call to help members make their vibe swaps. Simply reply to this email if you need swapping assistance or email our team at [email protected].

Note: All swaps must be requested by September 28, 2022 in order for our team to prepare for crate shipping. No swap requests will be accepted after this date.

Reminder: The yarns featured in this early preview are for October 2022 and will not be billed until October1st. They will start shipping with our regular cycle mid-October. If you join today or any day through September 30th, you will begin with the September crate and you will be scheduled to be billed for the October crate on October 1st.
