Of the 2.5 million Floridians under some kind of evacuation directive, more than 1.75 million were under mandatory evacuation orders.

A power outage is possible. You need to prepare your emergency kit and make sure you have backup power. And you can easily pull out your Mark 2 AC and its battery and cool off wherever you are. You can certainly live without it, but it's so much better when you have it. That's the little comfort you can offer yourself.
