GORUCK Selection, the world's toughest endurance event, begins in Jax Beach, Florida on October 20th. Here's what you need to know:

Live Selection coverage with follow-along workouts will happen exclusively on the GORUCK Tribe 'n Training Facebook Group, open to all who are actively subscribed to Tribe 'n Training (TNT).

Starting this Monday, Chad Malone is programming a week of daily workouts in the GORUCK Training app, available to all TNT members. Chad was the sole finisher of last year’s Selection, a BJJ black belt, and physical therapist. Needless to say, next week's workouts are going to be killer.

The Cadre introduced the #60x60 Challenge last year at Selection and it's been a staple in the GORUCK thrasher arsenal ever since.
