“I've decided I'm not able to wait a whole week.. so, THIS IS DAY 4!!

I woke up KNOWING that my tummy was smaller, so I had to create a side by side for myself.. and that's what I'm sharing with you.

I just now took my measurements

.. don't wait, I can promise you I got rid of so many inches the last few days.. but it's ok, starting now is fine too!!

I have lots more to go.. and I'm using my doctors scale, so no..I have no idea what I weigh today.. nothing has to be perfect, the proof is in the pictures, and how you feel.

My Dr. approved my Dexa scan, so I'll be able to complete that shortly too!!

I'm just blown away.. imagine what the "month 2 meltdown" is going to be like!!

I haven't changed my diet yet, but I'm also definitely not clearing my plate like I was still able to do on Day 1.. No change in activity yet, I walk around the house, stand lol.. try not to lean or fall over.. that's about it. LOL

ALSO I'm starting to FEEL the "full" coming on again, and like.. there's that voice or inkling now to slow down & stop eating!!
