Mises.org is all about sound money. I was privileged to have been invited to attend seminars at FEE (Foundation for Economic Education) when I was a young man. The founder was a patron of Mises and I saw how it worked first hand on my first trip while following the car races in Europe in 1959. Germany was new, her buildings, her technology and the brightness of her people.

When I arrived in England, they gave me a hard time on the boat crossing over the English Channel. The limited the time I could stay and a stamp on my passport that I was NOT ALLOWED TO WORK while I was there. I found some of the damage from the war was still not cleaned up. The people of course were great and treated me well but they were struggling under a liberal government. While Germany was using the Austrian Economics of Ludvig Von Mises.
