The perfect gin-based tipple for Burns Night!
Burns Night and whisky go hand-in-hand, but if you're more of a gin drinker then look no further. Using Ramsay's Gin, why not mix yourself a Cranachan cocktail inspired by the classic Scottish dessert of the same name? We've switched up the traditional ingredients a little and the result is both delicious and easy to make at home!
Ingredients:
35ml Ramsay's Gin
15ml calvados
15ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
4-5 raspberries
1 egg white
Soda water
Method:
In your shaker, muddle the raspberries and add in the Ramsay’s Gin, calvados, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
Shake well and double strain into an ice-filled highball glass, topping up with a little soda water.
Lightly dust ground cinnamon on top to finish if you want to add a little something extra.
