MEET CHRIS WALCH
WOMEN OF WINTER

Determined to shake things up, Chris chose to leave her native Hawaii and move to Europe to reconnect with her father's roots in the mountains of Austria.

At the age of 22, she discovered skiing, which would become an integral part of her life. Upon her return to the United States, she founded the Women of Winter non-profit, which aims to build community, provide education and support women leaders, especially women of color, in the mountain environment.
