We’re celebrating our birthday with gratitude, cake and cocktails. Join us for a drink as our office mixologist and co-owner, Austin, will be whipping up this team favorite, Bourbon in the Lowcountry.

What you’ll need:

• 1 ½ ounces bourbon
  Austin’s Pro Tip: I used a local bourbon — High Wire
• 1 ¼ ounces apple juice
  Austin’s Pro Tip: Substitute cider for a taste of fall
• ¾ ounce triple sec
  Austin’s Pro Tip: Luxardo or Combier fit the bill
• ¼ ounce lemon juice
  Austin’s Pro Tip: fresh-squeezed always best here
• 2 dashes orange bitters

How to Make It:

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass over ice. Enjoy!
