Just outside of Melrose, Montana you will find 0.5 miles on Cherry Creek. Melrose is nestled in the Pioneer Mountains and the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest.

Cherry Creek Camp and Fish in Melrose, Montana is a great place for those who love the outdoors and fishing. The creek is smaller and has some challenging spots due to the willow bushes, but it can provide a great opportunity for those with experience in casting in technical, small water to catch cutthroat trout. Small rods and small flies will work well on this creek. The area is surrounded by scenic meadows, and there’s a chance to spot wildlife such as moose, bears, elk, and eagles.
