“This past January, Jess and I took on Iceland, and we didn’t do it like some bougie-ass tourists. We had a plan that involved rucking glaciers, ice climbing, climbing up and around waterfalls, diving silfra (which is the continental divide that separates North America from EuroAsia) and get to as many remote parts of the country as possible in the time we had. Being this was a winter trip, the weather in Iceland ranges from cold and quiet, to REALLY cold and REALLY gnarly! The Long Range Rucker was essential as my everyday carry around the country. When it comes to training and doing expeditions, you always need the right gear and not every mission requires the same gear. What’s different about the Long Range Rucker is it’s like a Jack of All Trades. For prolonged movements and needing to carry more than just weight and water, the Long Ranger Rucker has the real estate to pack out everything that you need and nothing you don’t. At 39L’s, you learn real quick the saying: You can have anything, but you can have everything.
