We've been absolutely LOVING this season of Fresh & Wild. Our final whitefish of the year, shipping week of Sept 18th, is FRESH Halibut caught wild in Alaska. We'll be grilling it (of course!) with a side of Scalibut Cakes, a garden salad, and Marionberry Pie for dessert.
Halibut is a prized catch for its sweet, delicate flavor, perfectly firm texture and pure snow-white flesh. This fresh Halibut will hold its shape and texture whether grilled or baked and its flavor works equally well with bold sauces or a simple spritz of lemon.
