Once again we have victory for pet lovers. The Protect Animal Cruelty and Torture Act H.R. 724 was signed into law Monday making animal cruelty a federal crime. In our world, it is unthinkable that anyone would ever harm a hair on our best friends no less commit heinous cruelty. As always we appreciate anything and anyone that helps the cause of giving our best friends the best life we can.
