This email from Goumikids, a baby product company, announces a new email series starting next Friday and contains tips about the five dimensions of growth that mothers and babies experience together (Sleep, Safety, Bonding, Nutrition, and Development). The series will discuss these five dimensions and how they evolve in stages in the first 18 months. The email also promotes a Mother's Day robe giveaway using the code MOMSDAY24.

I’m so grateful you allowed us at goumi to be a part of your mom journey. Fridays get me a bit reflective. I don’t know about you mamas, but, a whole lot of personal change transpired when my daughter was born.

As I was learning how to help her navigate the basics of this brave new world she was entering, it seemed like I was doing the same thing for me - except I’m massively sleep deprived! It was only later that I could put words to my experience. Both me and my daughter were going through a birth process.

And it got me thinking, maybe I’m not the only one? Luckily, I had my fellow Oregonian, @modernmommydoc, Whitney Casares close by and we got to chatting. Turns out there are at least 5 dimensions that my baby & I were growing through together.

Sleep. Safety. Bonding. Nutrition. Development.

AND it evolves at different paces pending on the stages (like every 3 mos!) So cool.

So I asked Whitney if she wouldn’t mind put these tips together - (but not too much - remember, still sleep deprived) to just make sense of what was happening in these early days - heck, the first 18 mos, really.
