As you might know, we’re a seasonal business, preparing our gear ahead of the peak adventure seasons.
Last year, we went all-in on inventory for what we thought would be an epic winter season.
Then October 7th happened in Israel. Being an Israeli company, most of our team—including nearly our entire operations crew—was called into military service.
This caused a massive disruption to our business during what should have been our strongest quarter, resulting in a severe cash flow crunch.
