We've had quite a few LearnDash updates this past week. But two are the most important to note:

LearnDash LMS version 4.25.3 introduced powerful new PayPal Checkout Features, including a specialized workflow to migrate your existing recurring payment subscribers from your old connection to the new one.

LearnDash LMS version 4.25.5 has an important message to ensure that admin who see the LearnDash 5.0 update are informed to check the preparation guide first.

LearnDash LMS v4.25.3
PayPal Standard (IPN) to PayPal Checkout Migration Tool
A new migration tool has been added to LearnDash so that you can quickly find all your current subscribers in your PayPal Standard settings and provide them with a path to migrate.
⚠️ PayPal is sunsetting their standard (IPN) connection at the end of 2026. If you are currently using PayPal and have not switched to the new Checkout connection in LearnDash by then, your subscriptions will break. Please migrate your users now.

Automatic Retry for Failed PayPal Payments
We also added a little bit more to our PayPal Checkout integration to give you more control over failed payments. When one fails, LearnDash will now automatically retry —so you don’t lose learners over temporary payment issues. This update also includes dunning emails that you can customize in the LearnDash email settings.
