If you wanna take a page out of my cookbook, here's what you do. Sear up some jumbo sea scallops with butter, truffle salt, and fresh rosemary. Then throw together some tomatoes, mozzarella, kalamata olives, arugula, and drizzle it with balsamic reduction. Is there anything better than that? And easier? And faster? Uh, no there isn't!
3. Face mask time.
Honestly, the simpler the better. Throwing together some lemon, honey, coconut oil, and turmeric helps keep you feeling nice and moisturized, and also helps lighten up the skin. Added bonus: it smells great!
4. Your skin is fresh. You're rocking your best outfit. You've eaten verrry well. Time for yoga.
Or any kind of meditation. Take at least a solid ten minutes out of your day to just breathe. I know all too well how hard it is to keep anxiety at bay. This definitely helps!
