Updated list of HTML tags currently allowed

We have added several more tags to the list of HTML tags allowed on PublicEmails.com.
With this change, most HTML formatting tags are now allowed. The img tag is now also allowed, tentatively, so externally hosted images now can now be displayed in posts.
