We hope you've been doing well and staying healthy during this time. We want to give you a quick update about June's Membership Crate and Sock Crate shipments and thank each and every one of you for sticking with us through this unique and unusual time.
Back in April, the mills we work with had to temporarily close due to COVID-19. Thankfully, the mills have opened back up! Like many other businesses, they are working with precautions in place that make production take slightly longer than they typically would. With that said, the yarn for our June crates is on its way to us, and production to start packing and shipping crates will being early next week.
We cannot thank you enough for sticking with us through this tumultuous time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we would like to do a little something to thank you. What does this mean for Double Down? Our June yarns will be added to our Member Central shop on June 15th, and Double Down will still begin on June 20th.
For those who have emailed Customer Service and have not yet heard back, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Our team is working their way through over a thousand emails, and it's taking time to respond to them all while new emails come in every day. We've pulled in additional staff from other departments as well as added to our team to help, and we appreciate your patience while we read and respond to them all. One thing that we ask of you is that, if you've already emailed us once, please wait for us to respond to that initial email. Continuing to send emails pushes all of your messages farther down into our inbox delaying our response to you even more.
We are very eager for things to return to normal, and we're sure that you are, too! While some delays still exist, it feels like each day is a day closer to our usual routine.
