Research shows that women tend to reinvest about 90% of their paycheck into the health, education, and well-being of their families and communities.

Hence, one of the most impactful ways to create lasting change is by giving dignified work to women in the developing world.

Furthermore, by giving the local communities a financial incentive to preserve these rare plants and the biodiversity, we can halt deforestation and habitat loss for wildlife and together make a positive impact against climate change.
