My name is Joshua Stephenson - I am the manager here at Myvpro.com, some of you may know me from the Myvpro Facebook group. I am reaching out, about the move again, to let you know that shipping has now completely resumed and we're back! Finally in a sizable space that will offer us the ability to get you all of the newest, hottest, and widest variety of vaping products on the market.

Everyone here at Myvpro.com wants to thank you for your patience with us, through this time of change, we would not be where we are without you all.

Down to the brass tax, as I am positive you're screaming at the screen: "when is my order going out!?" As soon as humanly possible. We have teams here all weekend to make sure we're getting caught up as quickly as we possibly can. Anyone who paid for shipping on their order from Tuesday (July 30th, 2019) at 3:00pm until Today (August 3rd, 2019) will be receiving a credit to their account for their shipping cost. You do not need to email us for this, it will be automatically credited to your account by the end of the day Monday, August 5th, 2019 - if it hasn't been done already.

The new facility, along with our new website that was launched back in May, is all about the ability to serve you - our customers - better. We know how frustrating waiting for your orders can be, but rest assured, we are working quickly and diligently to fulfill your orders as fast as possible. This is a lot of change for all of us and we will be excited to share it with you in a new video series, Myvpro App, and more - which will be launching soon to offer even more convenience in your shopping experience with us.
