Indspire is a national Indigenous registered charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people for the long term benefit of these individuals, their families and communities, and Canada.

Building Brighter Futures: Bursaries, Scholarships, and Awards

Since 2004, Indspire has distributed over 49,000 bursaries and scholarships, valued at over $153 million to First Nations, Inuit and Métis students across Canada.

  • 90% of students who have received funding have graduated from post-secondary
  • 45% of employed recipients work in fields that support Indigenous people
  • 89% of graduates have obtained employment

Purple Partnerships is a Purdys initiative where we partner with amazing organisations to support their missions, strengthen their voice, and inspire ourselves and our communities to stand for the same values.

Together with Indspire, we created the Purdys Chocolatier Bursary to donate a total of $25,000 to support students’ paths to a brighter future. The donation is also be matched by the Canadian government, doubling its impact.
