August is National Sandwich Month and if you've been keeping up with us, you've seen that we've been cooking up some exclusive, fermentation-friendly sandwiches for you to enjoy!
This week, we're taking a short break as we get ready to launch the third and final installment of our sandwiches next Monday and I have to say, this one might be the winner...
I was a HUGE fan of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich from week one, I mean it was an instant classic!
But this next sandwich is a Summertime favorite, I'll give you a slightly corny hint...this next recipe might just "be-BQ" your favorite as well!

Alright, here's ONE more hint, just so you can get prepared a bit in advance. We're going to be baking up some form of Sourdough bread, so I suggest you get your affairs in order to prepare for that!
