Nothing will bring you back to your childhood Christmas memories quite like the advent calendar, reminding you precisely how many days are left until Christmas with the reward of chocolate... it's an ingenious concept, really. Not surprisingly, adults have been reliving these glory days by reimagining the advent concept for their more mature tastes, replacing chocolates with spirit shooters, wine, and other gourmet goodies.
It was only a matter of time before the concept made its way to premium cigars, and boy did it ever! Multiple brands and retailers seemed to have been struck with the advent idea simultaneously (including the Smoke Inn Advent Calendar), releasing nostalgic Christmas boxes with cigars for every day of the month! And while Tatuaje's Pete Johnson is often credited as the first to conceive of the cigar advent calendar, the Tatuaje 2021 Advent Calendar was unfortunately delayed for Christmas 2021. Alas, Tatuaje is making up for lost time this holiday season, releasing both the Tatuaje 2021 Advent Calendar AND Tatuaje 2022 Advent Calendar in limited quantities. Yes, this is going to be a smoke-filled Christmas!
