Can I switch plans?
Yes! We are fully flexible for you and you can switch plans (for example switching styles, or moving from New to Preloved) when you swap from one size to the next.

What if I damage some items? 
You are never charged extra for potential stains or damages. Your monthly subscription fee already includes insurance so you don't have to worry about that.
