"When I first encountered the concept of 4th Generation Warfare around 20 years ago, I was studying the foundations of propaganda and how it works. While the core issue is deeply disturbing on many levels, I also found how governments and elitists have endeavored to control the masses despite the rising demand for "democracy" and personal liberty fascinating.

With the advent of armed and trained civilian populations and the global shock of the American Revolution's defeat of the greatest military apparatus on the planet at that time, elitist groups realized that controlling the public with military might was no longer a sure bet. They had to engage in a new kind of warfare using psychological attacks until they could weaken and disarm the populace and rule by the barrel of a gun once again.

A large part of this strategy involves using economic leverage for social engineering. A hundred years ago it was more about banks creating an endless series of debt mechanisms and controlling the issuance of currencies. Today, corporate elites are expanding. They are trying to influence public behavior by attaching a "social justice" ideology to lending through ESG. In other words, if you want to have access to credit and have the ability to compete in the new "inclusive" marketplace you will have to bow to the woke religion.

A greater factor, though, is the shift of the Overton Window by making cultural foundations into cultural villains.

In my studies, I ran into the rather boastful writings of Edward Bernays and his work with governments and corporations to devise methods of public manipulation. Specifically, his work with the Woodrow Wilson government to trick the American people into getting involved in WWI. I believe that the era of advanced indoctrination and propaganda really started in the first two decades of the early 20th century in the U.S., and I suspect given the evidence that Bernays and the globalists saw WWI as a great psychological experiment.

Globalists view public manipulation and social engineering as their birthright. They think it's their manifest destiny, and they suggest often that humanity would somehow decay and self-destruct without their influence.

As Bernays stated:

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. ...We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of...

...In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons...who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.

For men like Bernays, the purpose of psychological ops was more about maintaining a certain status quo, with the establishment power brokers firmly in charge but shielded from public view (and anger) as much as possible. The concept of "shadow government" was formed in the era of Bernays. However, what started as a method for keeping the populace in the dark has now become a method for waging war on them. 4th Gen Warfare was born from the mire of public perception management.

You might ask, though, how we are being attacked without soldiers, guns, bombs, tanks or drones? Doesn't this sound a little paranoid?

This notion comes from the OLD way of viewing warfare and it's the reason why so many conservatives and patriots are hobbled when it comes to recognizing the threat. Not all war is designed to destroy people directly. Some wars are fought to destroy indirectly by targeting their culture, to sabotage them from within so that when they collapse, they will not know who to blame or how to fight back. The advantage of this tactic is that it offers the saboteurs the ability to gaslight their opponents.

Most readers understand that I'm mainly referring to the political left and the woke movement's guerrilla war on the west. The conflagration goes beyond "left vs right" to be sure. Globalists and their institutions are the root of the disease our civilization faces, and until that root is cut out we will never know peace, regardless of which side of the political spectrum comes out on top.

That said, it's lazy to suggest that this war is simply a product of the false left/right paradigm, and I firmly believe that the false paradigm argument has become a way to sublimate and control patriots. It used to have value 15 years ago, but now leftists truly are a mob army fully funded by the globalists and fully serving their interests. To get to the money elites, we will likely have to roll through leftists.

Woke infiltration IS the war, at least for now. How do I know? I would argue that the existence of double standards and the imbalance of reactions show us the truth of the situation. To wage a 4th Gen war, one side must have government support as well as institutional support. You cannot wage a psychological war unless double standards can be enforced.

The political left accuses the political right of being the party of corporate oligarchy. Yet, leftist movements like BLM, third-wave feminism and trans activists receive hundreds of millions of dollars (if not billions) in funding from globalist outfits such as the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Open Society Foundation.

As is clear to almost everyone these days, the corporate media is aggressively defending the political left to the point of absurdity. If the leftists were the rebels they pretend they are, why are they backed by every major elitist pillar in the country?

The woke movement also receives the bulk of government support across the Western world from Europe to the U.S. to Australia. Most of these governments are making laws to silence and censor any criticism of woke activism under the guise of protection against "hate speech." In other words, leftists will be able to say and do whatever they please, while liberty-minded people will be policed into silence. It's a double standard, and it's a declaration of war.

Finally, the war is visible in the wildly unbalanced treatment of the political left vs the political right. The political left has been allowed to riot across America, attacking government buildings and intimidating public officials relatively unhindered in the name of "racial justice." The media response has been to paint them as "fiery but peaceful." They are presented as heroes. The federal government does little or nothing to oppose them and city governments often protect them from the legal system.

Cut to Jan. 6, where an actual "mostly peaceful" protest was met with police harassment, stun grenades, CS grenades and rubber bullets, leading to an angry response. The only news clips the public got to see spotlighted the violent reactions, instead of the events that led up to them. The protesters get accused of "insurrection" and the media pumps the claim for months.

And while Jan. 6 could be viewed as an extreme case, the double standard rhetoric is not limited to direct conservative actions. Just look at the response to our boycotts of woke companies like Disney, Bud Light, Target, etc. Leftists have been trying to use boycotts and cancel culture for years and most of the time they fail. When they fail, the media treats it as a tragedy.

When conservatives boycott and succeed greatly, the media and government officials refer to us as dangerous extremists engaging in economic terrorism. This kind of sophistry and intellectual dishonesty doesn't make sense in a vacuum. Many people on the right and even moderates look at it as a bizarre fixation and wonder why leftists behave so irrationally. What they don't understand is that it's all very deliberate.

Leftists are doing what they do because they are AT WAR WITH US. The double standards and the institutional artillery are designed to elicit a rage response from conservatives. They use provocation, yes, but it's more than that. It's death by a thousand cuts. It's someone stabbing you in the ankles over and over until you slap them down, then they cry victim and declare you a terrorist. And if you are a terrorist, that gives them license to then go to war with you directly using guns and tanks and bombs.

Is there a way to avoid reacting to constant underhanded attacks? Is there a way to avoid being labeled terrorists? No, there is not. The narrative will be the same no matter what we do. Like all antagonists, they will keep pushing until they get punched in the teeth.

This is, of course, the point of it all. To get us to react in a way that will justify government intervention. And since there is no way to move forward without fighting back, when we react, it will have to be with unmitigated purpose and resolve. No half measures, no protests without definitive purpose, no diplomacy, no pretending as if we are going to solve things peacefully. When someone declares war on you, you give them no quarter until the fight is done.

For 4th Gen Warfare to succeed the target population has to follow a certain set of rules while the other side operates without rules. They have to be allowed to pursue all-out destruction against their enemy while the other side is admonished for doing anything remotely defensive, including speaking up. But what happens when patriots stop caring about being admonished? What happens when the optics are no longer relevant? What happens when the goal goes from winning in politics or the halls of public discourse to winning the actual war in front of us?

When this happens, everything in our nation will change. For good or ill will really depend on who is left to rebuild once the smoke clears.
