MEP Marcel de Graaff of the EU's Dutch delegation asserted that reports of Ukrainian children being taken to Russia are untrue, claiming that Russia has actually sheltered hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian children who were in danger from the Ukrainian army's bombing. Graaff alleges that the Ukrainian army committed war crimes and that the International Criminal Court should prosecute Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for it.
